Guests visiting Singapore as part of their Explorations by Norwegian voyage must ensure they meet the applicable entry requirements for their passport or travel document before travelling.
Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC)
All travellers entering Singapore are required to submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with Electronic Health Declaration, except for certain exempt travellers, including those transiting or transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance.
The SG Arrival Card must be submitted within three days before arrival in Singapore, including the day of arrival.
Important: The SG Arrival Card Is Not a Visa
The SG Arrival Card is not a visa and does not replace a Singapore entry visa if one is required for your passport or travel document.
Guests should therefore complete the SG Arrival Card and separately check whether they require a visa to enter Singapore.
How Do I Complete the SG Arrival Card?
The SG Arrival Card can be submitted:
- online using the official SG Arrival Card e-Service; or
- through the official MyICA Mobile application.
There is no fee to submit the SG Arrival Card.

Do I Need a Visa for Singapore?
Visa requirements for Singapore depend on the passport or travel document you hold.

✅ Check whether your passport or travel document requires a Singapore entry visa.
✅ If a visa is required, ensure you obtain the appropriate visa before travelling.
✅ Complete the SG Arrival Card within three days before your arrival in Singapore, including your arrival day.
✅ Submit the SG Arrival Card using the official ICA online service or MyICA Mobile application.
✅ Remember that the SG Arrival Card is free to submit and is not a visa.
