Important Requirement for Cruise Guests
Guests who require a visa for Thailand must have the appropriate visa before the ship arrives at a Thai port. Remaining onboard the ship does not remove this requirement.
Guests who require a visa and arrive without the necessary documentation cannot be onboard the ship when it arrives at a port in Thailand.
Guests will be denied boarding should you not meet the Thailand entry requirements at your point of embarkation.
We strongly recommend checking your visa requirements and arranging any required visa well in advance of travel.
What Do I Need to Do?
✅ Check whether your passport nationality is eligible for visa-free entry to Thailand.
✅ If you require a visa, apply for your Tourist Visa before departure through the official Thailand e-Visa website.
✅ Ensure the details on your approved visa correctly match the details in your passport.
✅ Carry your approved visa documentation with you during your journey where applicable.
✅ Check the latest entry requirements before travelling, as immigration and visa requirements can change.
Before You Travel
Visa and immigration requirements are determined by the relevant authorities and can change without notice. Requirements may also vary according to passport nationality and individual circumstances.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold the correct passport, visas and supporting documentation required for their voyage.
Failure to hold the required documentation may result in denied embarkation, early disembarkation or the need to join the voyage at a later approved port, with any associated arrangements or costs being the guest's responsibility.
