If you’re experiencing difficulty logging in, please ensure your booking meets the following access requirements:
- Eligible sailing dates
Your cruise must be departing between 1 September 2026 and 20 August 2027.
If your sailing falls outside of these dates, access to the My Explorations Portal is not yet available. - Cruise line reference number issued
Your booking must have a cruise line reference number beginning with “4”.
Please note that this reference number can take up to 14 business days from the time of booking to be generated. Once issued, you will receive an email confirming your reference number and portal access. - Stateroom assigned (non‑guarantee bookings)
Your booking must have a stateroom allocated, and not be in a Guarantee status.
If you have booked a guarantee stateroom, portal access will be provided once your stateroom number is assigned. This may occur at any time up to your cruise departure date, and you will be notified by email when access becomes available.
