The My Explorations Portal is now available for guests travelling on sailings departing between 1 September 2026 and 20 August 2027.
For sailings departing from 4 September 2027 onwards, the opening date for the My Explorations Portal will be communicated later in 2026.
Please note:
- Access to the My Explorations Portal may take up to 14 business days from the date your booking is made.
- Once access is granted, you will receive an email notification providing your cruise line reference number and confirming your My Explorations portal access
- If you have booked a guarantee stateroom, access to the portal may not be available until your stateroom number has been assigned.
