To ensure a smooth and seamless embarkation experience, all Explorations by Norwegian guests are required to complete a mandatory online check-in before the start of their voyage*.
Online check-in becomes available 21 days prior to your sailing departure (based on US Eastern Standard Time).
You can complete your check-in through the My Explorations Portal, where you'll be guided through each step of the process. To help you prepare, a detailed check-in guide is provided below and will also be included with your final travel documents.
We recommend completing your check-in as soon as it becomes available to ensure you're ready to begin your Explorations journey with ease.
*Important: Guests embarking or disembarking at the following ports, your cruise check-in will instead be completed at the port of embarkation:
- IJmuiden (Amsterdam), Netherlands – 11 October 2026
- Auckland, New Zealand – 13 February 2027
