You may cancel an onshore exploration that you have booked, subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled port day will incur no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled port day will incur a 100% cancellation fee, equal to the full amount paid.
How to Cancel Before You Travel:
If you wish to cancel an onshore exploration prior to your cruise, please contact your booking agent and provide the following details:
- Package booking number (beginning with MYC for Australia, IGZ for New Zealand, or IGK for the UK — please ensure you provide the code relevant to the Help Centre you are using)
- Cruise line reference number (beginning with a 4)
- Stateroom number
- Date of the onshore exploration
- Port
- Name of the onshore exploration
- Guest(s) to be cancelled
Cancellations Onboard
Onshore explorations may also be cancelled once onboard Regatta, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
