How the Onshore Exploration Credit is assigned to a Booking
The $50 onshore exploration credit is applied per stateroom, per port, and is applied to the lead guest in the stateroom only.
How Guests Use the Credit
The Onshore Exploration credit is automatically applied when guests pre-book or purchase onshore explorations either:
- Online via the My Explorations portal
- Onboard Regatta
✅ One excursion per port
- The $50 credit applies to one onshore exploration per port, per stateroom.
- It is applied to the lead guest in each stateroom only, and is unable to be shared with the second guest.
✅ Applied at checkout
- When booking an onshore exploration, the $50 credit is automatically deducted in your basket, and at checkout.
- Guests will only pay the remaining balance above $50.
✅ No cash value
- The credit is non refundable and cannot be exchanged, including for onboard credit or cash.
- If an onshore exploration costs less than $50, the remaining value is forfeited.
✅ Eligible excursions only
- The credit applies exclusively to Explorations by Norwegian onshore explorations.

It cannot be used for independent tours or third-party bookings.
A reminder, onshore explorations are capacity-controlled, so booking early ensures the best choice.
