Grand Dining Room
Explorations by Norwegian offers open seating in the Grand Dining Room, with no set dining times.
Guests are welcome to dine at a time that suits them. There are no assigned tables or fixed sittings. Simply arrive and be seated. This flexible approach allows you to enjoy dining around your onshore explorations, evening events, or a relaxed sunset cocktail.
As seating is open, no reservations are required, and dining does not need to be pre‑booked via the My Explorations Portal. Please note that specific requests such as table size, location, or dining time cannot be reserved in advance. Guests with particular preferences are welcome to speak with the Maître d’ onboard, who will be happy to assist where possible.
Specialty Dining
Guests who wish to dine at one of the ship’s specialty dining venues may pre‑book reservations via the My Explorations Portal.
Reservations open between 75 and 45 days prior to sailing, depending on your stateroom category. Please refer to the My Explorations Portal for the exact date your booking window becomes available.
